Summary:
Curium is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ESG Data Analyst to support various departments in analyzing and reporting data related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. The role includes collaborating on waste disposal, energy audits, refrigerant gas inventory, and ESG performance tracking.
Work Schedule: 20 hours a week for the first 4 months, then 10 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ESG research and analysis, aligning performance with industry standards.
- Identify ESG risks, trends, and opportunities to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement ESG strategies with stakeholders.
- Monitor ESG performance, track progress, and create reports for stakeholders.
- Stay informed about evolving ESG regulations and trends.
- Collaborate on waste management, energy audits, safety reporting, and supply chain reporting.
- Complete Enablon training for data collection and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory agencies (FDA, EU, ISO, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably in ESG or Environmental Safety and Health (ESH).
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
- Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams across departments.
- Familiarity with Enablon or willingness to be trained on the platform.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Visio, SharePoint).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
