We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse SAP Analyst to join our warehouse team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of SAP processes within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving SAP-related issues, managing system movements, generating accurate reports, and contributing to process improvements that drive efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Issue Resolution: Provide prompt and effective resolution for SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations.
- Movement Management: Handle and oversee SAP inventory movements, ensuring data accuracy and proper system documentation.
- Pick Generation: Assist in generating and managing pick lists in SAP to support efficient order fulfillment processes.
- Data Analysis: Conduct regular analyses of SAP data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Process Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine warehouse processes, aligning them with industry best practices.
- User Support: Provide training and support to warehouse staff to ensure effective use of SAP tools and compliance with established protocols.
- Reporting: Create and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making within the warehouse team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP modules related to inventory management, warehouse management, and order processing.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
