Regional Talent Acquisition Partner

Raymour & Flanigan, a leading furniture retailer in the U.S., is looking for a skilled and experienced full-time Regional Talent Acquisition Partner. This key role will focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent for our new and expanding Boston region within the New England market. We are seeking a dynamic professional with a Talent Acquisition background, complemented by HR Generalist experience. Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.
• Partner and build relationships with our sales, operations and customer care leaders to better understand workforce needs and build recruitment strategies that are aligned with business objectives.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles through networking, industry events, and proactive engagement while managing resources in a cost-effective manner.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, creating a smooth transition through onboarding, orientation and training.
• Exercises a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Act as a strategic business partner to develop and execute talent strategies to improve associate engagement, leader effectiveness, and performance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must live in the Boston area and willing to travel within a 60-mile radius for field recruitment and interviews.
• Three-year minimum recruiting experience for a company with over 3,000 employees.
• High-performance professional and independent self-starter with excellent organizational and prioritizing skills with the initiative to seek challenges and strive for continuous improvement.
• Experience with a wide variety of sourcing methods.
• Proficient in employee relations, with a strong ability to address concerns, mediate conflicts, and cultivate a positive and supportive workplace environment for team members.
• Demonstrated success in mid to high volume markets.
• Have diverse knowledge and experience applying recruitment practices via social media networking and resources.
• The ability to excel in a fast-paced and progressive environment.
• Some associate relations and union avoidance background.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a coaching and consultative approach to problem-solving.
• A passion for excellence and the ability to build influence with management teams and associates at all levels of the organization.
