Billing & Service Coordinator

We are seeking a Billing & Service Coordinator to join our team! With over 43 years of experience in the Print and Copy industry, RCM Technology Group has continued to deliver outstanding technology and excellent repair services. We are looking to add new enthusiastic team members that want to help be a part of RCM's growth. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities of the field service technicians as well as providing quality service and solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities Include:

· Schedule and coordinate service calls to Field Service Technicians and/or route calls to the appropriate personnel

· Process, maintain and modify service contracts

· Invoicing of Print Management Agreements & Service Agreements

· Maintain on-going communications with current clients in an appropriate and timely manner

· Maintain data integrity in our E-Automate service system by completing work within the proper timeframe

· Follow-up with the customer on service calls when complete by providing prompt guidance

· Responsible for communication on all open and pending service calls to customer

· Process defective parts repair claims when necessary

· Responsible for supplies replenishment orders for our print management contracts

· Verify and maintain customer contact and database information

· Experience with E-Automate, OMD, ACT and Microsoft Office software is a plus

Qualifications

· Ability to work independently and effectively within a team-oriented environment

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), email and on the phone

· Must possess a great attitude, have excellent organizational skills and time/task management

skills to prioritize and make decisions

· Must confidently provide work direction to field personnel and improve performance outcomes

· 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training in billing, customer service, dispatching or equivalent

combination of education and experience
