What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Clerk position at RCO Engineering?
This high profile position is responsible for providing administrative support to the corporate Finance Department. Receptionist duties include greeting and assisting incoming guests and generally ensuring that guest first impression of RCO is a positive one. Finance clerical duties include mail distribution, 3-way AP matching, PO receipts, check processing, filing, some banking duties, and cell phone assistance.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the Finance Department in the following areas:
- Accounts Payable and
- Accounts Receivables
- Greeting visitors and ensuring that they are connected with their hosts in an efficient and friendly
manner.
- Assist visitors in logging in to visitor tracking system.
- Data entry, typing and filing in AP and AR areas
- Backup cell phone administration duties
- Monthly banking duties and backup bank deposits
- Support compliance with RCO Quality Policies.
- Support corporate continuous improvement initiative.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must have good organizational and mathematical skills.
- General Office Skills preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Promptness and good attendance
- Strong organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or GED
