What We Look For:
- Must Pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical.
- Safety-First mentality.
- Physical fitness to work in diverse conditions/climates and the ability to regularly lift or carry 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs. as needed.
- Team Player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to Work out of town, overtime, or weekends as needed.
- Previous Experience with water, storm, or sewer pipe laying, pipe bursting, pipe rehab.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Excavation: Digging trenches using various tools and machinery.
- Pipe Installation: Placing pipes into trenches, aligning them accurately, and connecting them with appropriate joints or couplings.
- Sealing and Testing: Sealing pipe joints to prevent leaks and testing the pipeline for pressure and functionality.
- Backfilling: Filling trenches with dirt or other materials to cover and support the pipe system.
- Maintenance: Inspecting and repairing existing pipelines to ensure their continued operation.
- Safety: Adhering to safety regulations and procedures to protect themselves and others
