ReBath is hiring a full-time Inside Sales person in Indianapolis, IN! This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and successful bathroom remodeling company. As an Inside Sales representative, you'll help drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service as you set and confirm appointments with clients.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
- Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Hourly Rate: $20 - $22 per hour
- Location: Indianapolis, IN (Office-based)
Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Make outbound calls to clients who have requested appointments, confirming bookings and providing necessary information.
- Showroom Management: Assist with creating events in the showroom and showcase ReBath products to walk-in clients.
- Sales Support: Reach out to existing clients who may need additional design consultations or project reconfigurations.
- Order Handling: Receive and manage deliveries at the office location.
- Customer Experience: Provide a positive and professional customer service experience for every client.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Skills: Competent with computers and internet navigation, proficient in typing and data entry.
- Traits: Goal-oriented, self-starter with a positive and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently.
- Appearance: Friendly and professional.
- Background: Must pass a background check.
