Key Responsibilities
- Deliver paperwork, contracts, or keys to approved people or companies promptly.
- Purchase office and cleaning supplies from approved vendors.
- Install and remove lockboxes at designated rental addresses.
- Arrange for key duplication as required.
- Replace locks on residential and commercial rental units.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory in company storage and provided vehicles.
- Post Notices and conduct Welfare Checks at rental units as needed.
- Keep accurate time and detailed records of work performed at each location through the use of a service-tracking application (Service Fusion) installed on a mobile device.
- Communicate effectively with management, tenants, and fellow members of staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A valid driver’s license which will allow the legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri is required.
- A valid driver’s license and corporate-insurable driving record
- Able to work outside in times of inclement weather or extreme heat for extended periods
- Proficiency in navigating Columbia, MO and the surrounding areas with or without GPS assistance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to working safely and efficiently
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willing to answer calls from the office after hours in the case of urgent concerns
- Basic maintenance and office skills are preferred
- This position will require the ability to repeatedly enter and exit a vehicle upwards of ten times a day; several extended periods of walking; multiple instances of climbing or descending stairs of varying styles, heights, widths, and pitches; and the ability to focus on multiple different tasks throughout the day.
Salary : $15 - $17
