Compensation:

$100,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in the Wilmington and neighboring areas with buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to determine property values, competitive prices, and market trends.
  • Guide clients on effective marketing and selling strategies for their properties.
  • Present properties to potential buyers and lead them through negotiation and contract processes.
  • Manage the closing process, ensuring accurate and prompt completion of all necessary paperwork.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, surpassing client needs and expectations.
  • Establish and nurture a network of clients and prospects through various marketing and lead-generation activities.
  • Stay informed on current real estate trends, regulations, and laws to offer well-informed advice to clients.
Qualifications:
  • To be eligible for this role, you must hold an active real estate license specifically in North Carolina.
  • Previous experience working as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar capacity is a mandatory prerequisite.
  • Important qualifications include possessing a thorough understanding of the Wilmington real estate market, encompassing neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and market trends.
