REPORTS TO : Billing Manager
LOCATION : 2111 South 7th Street, Ste 200, Phoenix, AZ 85034
DAYS : Monday - Friday
HOURS : 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm or 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

JOB OVERVIEW :
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth billing operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include precise data entry, meticulous review of work orders, exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with our Sales and Operations teams. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, proactive problem solver, able to work both independently and as a team player. Duties / Responsibilities :
- Diligently review work orders to guarantee the accuracy of billing information.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer calls and inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize computer skills, including proficiency with Google Docs, Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Proactively identify, research, and resolve problems as they arise.
- Regularly review profitability reports to support the billing team.
- Complete any other duties as assigned by the Billing Manager.
