You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Analyze user requirements and develop software design specifications.

2. Design and architect Delphi-based applications to meet business needs.

3. Lead and mentor development teams in coding best practices and architecture principles.

4. Design and implement database schemas and data structures for efficient data storage and retrieval.

5. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Delphi applications.

7. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.

8. Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to Delphi development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Delphi Developer or Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Delphi programming language and development environment.
• Experience with database design and development using SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
