THE JOB: The Director of Reseller Management is responsible for leading and expanding both domestic and international reseller partnerships, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth, particularly within international markets. This role involves managing vendor relationships, securing & onboarding new partners, optimizing sales channels, and ensuring the successful distribution of physical goods across various platforms. This position works cross-functionally to create a strong support system for resellers, ensuring they have the tools and strategies needed to achieve revenue goals and increase brand reach globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and implements a strategic vision for managing and growing both domestic and international reseller channels, with a focus on driving international sales
- Leads contract negotiations with resellers and vendors to establish beneficial partnerships that align with business goals and enhance market reach
- Serves as the primary contact for international and domestic resellers, maintaining productive relationships that foster growth, support, and mutual success
- Establishes and monitors key performance indicators to drive reseller sales, focusing on strategies to expand revenue and brand presence in key markets
- Oversees a mix of domestic and international resellers, working with vendors to ensure the availability, quality, and timely distribution of physical goods across channels
- Utilizes experience in eCommerce to optimize channel sales performance, strategies, and product visibility
- Creates training programs, resources, and support tools that equip resellers to successfully promote and sell our products
- Stays informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to proactively adjust channel strategies and identify new opportunities
- Owns channel revenue targets, with consistent forecasting and reporting on channel performance metrics
- Provides leadership and development to direct reports, including onboarding, guidance, and performance management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, reseller management, or vendor management with a track record of success in growing sales for physical goods in international markets
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and building strategic, long-term relationships with resellers and vendors
- Expertise in selling physical goods and managing vendor relationships
- Experience with eCommerce platforms with knowledge of strategies to increase sales on these channels
- Familiarity with international sales channels and reseller dynamics across diverse regions
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in consumer goods or a similar industry
WORK LOCATION: Realityworks, Inc. is located in Eau Claire, WI. This is a fully remote position, working from a home office.
