Position Summary: Join us as a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent, where your main responsibilities will include qualifying leads, cultivating lasting relationships with clients, and scheduling appointments for our team of agents. Your contribution will be instrumental in driving company revenue by effectively engaging with potential clients and building strong connections.
Location and Commitments: This role is a blend of remote and in-office work, starting with a one-month in-office training period. Following training, the Inside Sales Agent is required to be in the office at least once a week.
Availability for rotating evening and weekend shifts. - Full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week. - Phone calls to be made between 8 AM and 9 PM. Compensation and Benefits:- Base Salary: $ 36,000 per year - Commission Structure: First 6 months (13 pay periods): Bi-weekly commission stipend of $500 per paycheck. After the initial 6 months: Flat fee per closed transaction based on leads converted by the ISA. -
Benefits: Health, vision, and dental insurance options are available. Company contribution of $150 per month towards insurance.
