Rebound is looking for a Medical Front Desk Coordinator for our Rebound Physical Therapy clinic! Our Main Clinic is rather large and multifunctional, whereas South is our normal smaller satellite clinic. Both areas are in need of Patient Service Representatives (PSR) who are very knowledgeable, driven for success and extremely responsible teammates with the main purpose of helping our patients get treatment and helping people feel better every day!

Job Description:
- Greet our patients with a warm smile, a welcoming attitude and always assist them with intake forms.
- Physical Therapists work efficiently with scheduled patients, so we keep them booked and busy!
- Be an active patient advocate for any needs that may arise.
- Assist with collection of any payment due.
- Answer our multi-phone lines and route calls for swift assistance.
