How you make a difference:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervises Rehabilitation Staff: Provides supervision to assigned rehabilitation services staff, ensuring effective performance and support.
Hiring and Training: Assists in hiring, onboarding, and providing ongoing training for rehabilitation specialists.
Program Development: Develops and implements programs and activity services tailored to the needs of individuals served.
Program Compliance: Observes programming activities to ensure compliance and fidelity to established programs.
Ensures Accurate Documentation: Oversees the completion of documentation to meet contractual, regulatory, and accreditation expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant human services field
Experience:
- Preferred: Three (3) years’ experience in a mental health setting.
