We are looking for self motivated, energetic Kitter/Router General Labor Operator, with a track record of unparalleled professionalism, integrity, and loyalty to join our phenomenal team in the industrial plant located in Watertown, SD. As a Kitter/Router General Labor Operator, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:
- Operating on a stand-up PIV’s - for loading, unloading, and moving materials to and from storage areas and loading docks
- Kitting – fill orders with parts into kits
- Hot Parts – ensuring urgent parts get to our customer
- Able to learn multiple job skills
- Prepare products and materials for shipment
- Shipping and receiving tasks, including picking and packing of products
- Load, unload, and stage products and materials
- Track and record units of materials handled
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Able to lift up to 35lbs.
- Familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehicles
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic, Dependable
- Able to work overtime as needed
- People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
- Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
- Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
- Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
- Self-motivated, energetic, and not afraid of heights.
10 Hour Shift
• Day shift – 6AM – 4:30PM
• Monday - Thursday - Regular Schedule
• Some Overtime – Fridays
