We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, property maintenance, and legal administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and handle lease agreements
- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and lease agreements
- Handle rent collection and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track tenant interactions
