Responsibilities:
- Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with homeowners to educate them about our roofing services and assess their potential eligibility for insurance restoration due to storm damage.
- Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Roof Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of residential roofs to identify storm damage and assess the extent of repairs needed.
- Customer Consultations: Provide detailed explanations of the insurance restoration process, answer questions, and guide customers through the claims process.
- Proposal Presentation: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals outlining recommended repairs and restoration services to homeowners.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders involved in the restoration process.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Customer-Focused: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of residential roofing systems and storm damage assessment is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel within the designated sales territory.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Xactimate: Proficiency with the use of Xactimate estimating software is strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,001.00 - $100,000.00 per year
