Responsibilities

- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans designed to enhance each client’s emotional and mental well-being.

Qualifications
- Possession of a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential or a higher-level license (such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), or an equivalent credential).
- Demonstrated experience in working with children and adolescents, particularly those who have experienced trauma.
- Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), coupled with a steadfast commitment to trauma-informed and client-centered care.
