Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) Team in an onsite work environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator, capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously. This role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure initiatives stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct business process analysis to develop business requirements, use cases, and needs assessments that align IT solutions with business initiatives.
- Develop and maintain end-user documentation, standards, and processes.
- Organize and facilitate application testing and user acceptance to ensure business needs are met.
- Provide support for production incidents, troubleshoot reported issues, and facilitate resolution.
- Support Clarity PPM application and initiatives, including project reviews, reporting, annual planning, testing, and validation of changes, releases, patches, and upgrades.
- Experience with Clarity PPM, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Agile Methodologies.
- Strong understanding of business analysis best practices and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
- Proficiency in creating documentation, including process flows, business requirements, and end-user guides.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3 years of business analysis experience, preferably within a PMO.
- Experience with IT project lifecycle, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
- Local candidates preferred for onsite work environment.
- Experience with PMO best practices is a plus.
