Job Overview
We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to help us develop and execute marketing plans within established systems. The Associate Brand Manager will help brand our company in various forms of communication and develop our products while working on cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will thrive at managing multiple tasks in an entrepreneurial environment and is capable of becoming a subject matter expert on brewing/distilling.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage our product development with discipline and keep team accountable through Stagegate process
- Use resources and data systems to identify consumer needs, actionable market trends, and competitive positioning for our brand.
- Represent our brand at sales, trade, promotional, and retail events as necessary
- Assist with brand identity and campaigns, packaging, marketing assets, creative content, sales, and messaging with guidance from Marketing Director
- Earn endorsements by engaging with key opinion leaders, and help earn consumer loyalty
- Manage subset of marketing variables and plans, and create annual business targets and objectives
- Ensure requirements and targets are met punctually and within budget
- Create omnichannel marketing programs, promotional strategies, and price changes to increase sales and earn customer loyalty
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts according to a regular cadence
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Mastery of CPG brand management and processes
- Growth-mindset and able to thrive in fast-paced setting
- Willing to work nights, work 10-hours days, and be on call as needed
- 21 years or older, since we deal with alcoholic beverages
- Strong communicator, especially copywriting, public speaking, and negotiation
- Self-motivated and strong problem-solver
- Creative and analytical skills
- Good marketing instincts and work ethic
- Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of the beverage industry is highly desirable but not required
- Experience in brand management is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
