Job Summary

Located right outside Zion National Park, we are looking for a Guest Services Associate. Working at Zion Mountain Ranch provides a beautiful rural setting to live and work in with multiple opportunities for Southern Utah outdoor recreation in your time off. Responsibilities

• Working with the reservation program, greeting and helping guests, and managing the storefront when needed
• Take reservations over the phone
• Perform administrative duties of the resort
• Interact with customers and other staff members in a professional and cheerful manner
• Help keep the front desk lobby, restrooms, and office tidy
• Helping guests schedule dining and activities
• A variety of other small tasks that may be needed and require flexibility
  
  

Qualifications

• Professionally groomed
• Hardworking, multi-tasking, and detail-oriented
• Personable, cheerful, and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of Southern Utah is preferred since guests ask many questions, but not required if you are a quick learner
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Quick-minded in various situations
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to easily master reservation and POS programs
