Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Medical Assistant to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals. We are looking for candidates that are motivated, compassionate, and are looking to advance their career in a community that is always growing.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Preparation of documentation required for patient appointments.

· Use of EHR (documenting patient history, vitals, test results, exam findings, and plans as instructed by provider).

· Order entry and submission (ePrescribing, labs and imaging studies, interventional procedures, etc.)

· Assist with in-office injections.

· Respond to patient calls and inquiries.

· Respond to pharmacy refill inquiries.

· Any and all other tasks as directed by providers.

Qualifications:

· Certified Medical Assistant with minimum 2 years’ experience; Orthopedic experience a plus.

· Solid working knowledge of EHR systems; Athena knowledge a plus.

· Knowledge of medical terminology; musculoskeletal/neuro/psych a plus.

· Strong written and oral communication skills.
