What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Counselor II position at Redlands Community Hospital?
Under direct supervision of the Admitting/Financial Counseling Director/Supervisor, this position is responsible for the counseling and effective management of in-patient accounts, and maintaining cordial patient relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. One year experience in a financial counseling or financial institution environment preferred.
2. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
3. Customer service and Computer skills experience preferred.
