Description
Regal Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Chevrolet Service Manager to manage our growing Service Department. Candidates must have previous service management experience and should have a broad-based knowledge in the day-to-day operations of a dealership service department and the personality to motivate, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service professionals.
The Service Manager will oversee all day-to-day service operations. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Job Responsibilities:
· Must be proficient in all aspects of Service Department operations
· Must have a hands-on managing style, meeting with the advisors, techs and warranty admin daily
· Is responsible for personal management of all service employees and tracking things such as CSI and team growth
· Is responsible for ensuring the warranty receivables are collected in a timely manner
· Is responsible for making sure all repair orders are finalized and closed as soon as possible, especially at the end of each month
· Must have great customer service skills
