Excellent salary up to $27 per hour with excellent full-time benefits. Yearly evaluations and quarterly incentives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1) You will provide quality reconciliation services to balance accounts receivable from prescription insurance remittances.

2) You will work alongside the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Managers at each of our five ReGenesis Health Care Pharmacies to develop a plan of action and best practice to maximize our potential in terms of billing successful claims and preventing billing errors throughout the prescription filling process.

3) You will use all available resources of software (PioneerRx pharmacy software and Sage Impact accounting software) to efficiently and accurately reconcile prescriptions using state of the art technology.

4) You will have valuable input towards inventory ordering, MAC appeals, prescription processing protocols, policies & procedures related to prescription billing, etc.

5) You will credential and maintain all licenses pertinent to our current and expanding pharmacy lineup. All pharmacy, pharmacist, and pharmacy technician licenses, permits, and requirements for those will be managed by this position. Maintaining the accuracy of all this information will be under this person and his/her supervision.

Certification/License:

• South Carolina registered pharmacy technician license preferred.

• CPhT certification preferred

• 2 year associates degree or certification in accounting preferred but not required

• Bookkeeping experience preferred but not required.

Experience:

• Experience in any field of pharmacy.

• Experience with bookkeeping or accounting.

• Experience using PioneerRx preferred

• Experience using Sage Impact accounting software preferred
