Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and placing travel nurses in rewarding assignments. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring their success throughout their assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and recruit qualified travel nurses through various channels (job boards, referrals, networking).
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and preferences.
- Match candidates to assignments that align with their qualifications and career goals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing ongoing support before, during, and after assignments.
- Collaborate with the sales and client services teams to understand client needs and fulfill staffing requests.
- Meet or exceed recruitment goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $58,500 plus commission.
