This position is ideal for individuals with experience in retail, home improvement stores, or garden centers who are eager to provide excellent customer support while assisting with packing orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service (80%)
- Perform daily sales order, purchase order, and warehouse transfer entries.
- Handle invoicing, credit memos, and inventory adjustments.
- Accurately input customer information into the system.
- Address customer and sales team inquiries about products and orders.
- Organize and prepare bid proposals.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and process credits/debits as needed.
- Warehouse Duties (20%)
- Assist with pulling and packing warehouse orders for walk-in customers.
- Restock and maintain the cleanliness of the showroom.
- Reconcile inventory and participate in month-end closing processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Skills & Experience:
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- A clear, pleasant phone voice and ability to communicate effectively.
- Proven multitasking ability with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing role is a plus.
- Availability: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

- Candidates must pass a pre-employment background screening.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
