You’ll work with purpose, knowing that every drop of water we deliver makes a difference, and that our customers trust us to uphold the highest standards of reliability, sustainability, and care.   Part Time Seasonal Recreation Staff The Regional Water Authority is seeking part time seasonal staff for its Recreation Program.  Candidates must be available to work 2-4 days per week, based on need, starting in April and continue through the middle of October.  Weekend shifts and holidays are required. There is also the possibility of limited shifts available through the winter.   Duties include: Staffing Lake Saltonstall Reservoir during fishing season. Helping patrons with boat rentals. Boat rental maintenance. Permit sales. Maintain trails and walking paths. Driving and staffing the portable water fountain to events. Assisting with special events involving children fishing.   QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent.   Experience/Skills/Abilities: Outdoor recreation preferred. Boating knowledge preferred. Customer facing skills preferred. Candidate must have valid CT Driver’s License with clean driving record. Must be able to lift 65 lbs.   Starting Pay: $16.75 p/h
