Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking an innovative Telephone Systems Analyst.

You will be responsible for the assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating telephonic solutions for the entities within Regional West Health Systems.
As an RWHS Telephone System Analyst you will:
- Coordinate all telephonic transactions so that a minimum of disruptions in communications occurs, including:
- Telephone moves and changes
- Telephone switch programing, operation, troubleshooting and repair including coordination with local and remote vendor technical support
- Assist departments in development of telephonic system needs and training of employees
- Manage and assist with smartphone/mobile devices
- Coordinate all cellular phone services between RWHS and vendors including additions/deletions, training, and deployment
You may be a great fit if you have:
- Two years of college, or an Associations Degree is preferred
- Four years of telephone experience in a healthcare environment is desired
- Customer service experience involving end-user assistance or training on personal devices
