Summary

The Department of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Regis College is seeking an Adjunct Lecturer for the Spring semester specializing in autism spectrum disorders to teach ABA 521: Introduction to Autism Spectrum Disorders. Class materials will be provided. Class will be held once a week on Wednesdays from 4:30pm-7:30pm in Andover, MA. Class begins on Wednesday, January 22 nd and runs through Wednesday, April 23 rd .

This course section is taught in person on the Andover, MA campus at Melmark New England.

Essential Functions

• Teach ABA 521 (lecture)as a synchronous, in-person course and engage with all responsibilities associated with teaching the section: grading, office hours, student engagement, alignment with other course sections, academic assessment.
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• An earned PhD in ABA
• Demonstrated evidence of at least three years prior teaching experience at the graduate level
• Commitment to creating an inclusive classroom learning environment in keeping with the University's commitment to inclusive excellence in a diverse educational community.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other ABA faculty to ensure consistency across class sections.
• Demonstrated familiarity with academic assessment.
• Familiarity with the learning management system Moodle is preferred, but not required.
