We are looking for a positive and compassionate professional that is ready to dive into the front desk roles and responsibilities of our small, but busy physical therapy clinic!
Working together as a team at our office is extremely important and, therefore, good communication skills and an upbeat attitude are a must-have. Candidates should have administrative skills such as MS Word, Gmail, Excel, etc and knowledge of social media is a bonus.
To be successful here, candidates should be kind, self-starters, resourceful and VERY attentive to detail.
This part-time position will be approximately 10-12 hours per week, specifically looking for someone with availability mornings or evenings MTThF and some Saturdays will be required. Additional hours may be added based on how full the schedule is but additional hours are not guarantee
