Summary
As a Program Coordinator at Rehab Services, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing programs for RSI. This position is essential for ensuring our services are effective and aligned with our mission to foster community integration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee various programs aimed at supporting individuals to complete assigned Community Service hours.
- Develop and implement program objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize program impact.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on program outcomes for stakeholders and funding agencies.
Qualifications
- Experience in social work, human services, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in program management or coordination within a non-profit setting.
- Strong relationship management skills to engage effectively with clients and partners.
- Understanding of behavioral health principles and practices is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Budgeting experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
