Insurance Defense firm is seeking applicants for a Litigation Paralegal to work full time in the Philadelphia office. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including legal document preparation, document review, legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions. The role involves working closely with attorneys and supporting them in all aspects of the litigation process.
Job Requirements :
- Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research
- Experience in drafting pleadings and motions
- Familiarity with e-filing in state / federal courts.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in legal research databases and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and other team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Paralegal certification is a plus
