Position Summary:
The Finance Assistant supports the day-to-day activities of the Finance Office, providing excellent service to families and assisting the Finance Team with administrative and clerical tasks.
Reports To: Head of Finance and Operations
Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Not Eligible for Benefits

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance and Administrative Support:
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, and filing paperwork.
- Contact families to discuss account details and resolve billing inquiries.
- Add incidental charges to family accounts.

Relationship Management:
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and internal departments to foster a collaborative environment.

HR and Finance Assistance:
- Support the HR and Finance teams by making copies, preparing documents for meetings, and assisting with other clerical tasks as needed.
