Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring worksites are safe and projects are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup of MOT on expressways, side roads, and state highways.
-Work in a closed lane on the interstate.
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and walk behind concrete cutting saws.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
- Perform site clean-up including debris removal
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
-Travel and stay overnight 4 to 5 nights a week
-work extended overnight hours
- proper maintenance and cleaning of company provided vehicle
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction or related field preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Physical stamina and endurance to perform manual labor tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Clean driving record required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
