Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Specialist to lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of financial planning and analysis tools, including Anaplan, Pigment, and Vertec. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between finance and technology, ensuring the effective use of these tools to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Tool Implementation and Management
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Anaplan, Pigment, and Vertec for financial planning, analytics, and project management.
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Collaborate with finance teams to design and build financial models, budgets, and forecasts using Anaplan and Pigment.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights.
Project Management Support
- Utilize Vertec to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Support the integration of financial systems with project management workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with finance, IT, and operations teams to align system functionalities with organizational goals.
- Train end-users on the effective use of Anaplan, Pigment, and Vertec.
Data Integrity and Reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data across systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders to track KPIs and financial performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3 years of experience working with financial planning tools like Anaplan, Pigment, or Vertec.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Proficiency in system administration and configuration for Anaplan, Pigment, and Vertec.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
