They value innovation, collaboration, and the team's growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line support via phone, email, and remote access. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Escalate unresolved issues to 3rd line support. Monitor and maintain client IT systems. Perform system upgrades and software installations. Document support activities. Assist in developing IT policies and procedures. Mentor junior team members.Requirements: Experience in a 2nd line support role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS. Network configuration and troubleshooting experience. Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Office 365, AWS, Azure). Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
