This role involves creating intuitive, engaging, and emotionally intelligent user experiences across multiple platforms, leveraging the latest design trends and technologies.Key Responsibilities : Design and implement innovative, user-centered solutions for web, mobile, and emerging platforms.Create comprehensive design systems including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.Integrate AI-driven personalization and advanced cursor interactions to enhance user engagement.Develop responsive designs that ensure seamless cross-platform experiences.Implement micro-interactions and 3D design elements to create more engaging interfaces.Conduct user research, A / B testing, and usability studies to inform design decisions.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmap.Stay current with emerging UX / UI trends, tools, and technologies.Qualifications : 5 years of proven UI / UX design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, ProtoPie) and basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Knowledge of design systems and component-based design methodologiesFamiliarity with AI-integrated design processes and tools.Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principlesExperience designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet, wearables).Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color theory, and layout.Knowledge of voice user interface (VUI) design.Familiarity with location-based UX design.Understanding of data visualization techniques.Experience with emotionally intelligent design principles.
