Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON Skilled Nursing & Sub-acute Care facility is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join or Dynamic Sub-acute Team. The appropriate candidate’s primary responsibility is to assist the Director of Nursing with the overall management of the Nursing Unit.
Requirements: Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the state of New Jersey. LPN will be considered with experience.
RN will have atleast 2 years previous Subacute & long-term care experience.
RN will be able to relate positively and favorably in all interactions.
RN Experience in performance management, effective leadership, and appropriate and constructive delegation.
RN will be able to work with minimal supervision and organize and prioritize to complete multiple projects.
