Carpentry/Construction/Installer

Join our team in Spokane Valley! Renewal by Andersen of Washington is hiring Window and Door Installers at all experience levels.

Schedule, Pay and Benefits:

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday with possible overtime
• $20-$40 hourly plus bonus, depending on experience

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Replacing windows and doors on residential homes
• Working on a team to complete jobs
• Hands-on work with the ability to take instruction well and use power tools

Qualifications:

• General construction experience, 1 years
• Customer service experience, in-home customer facing experience
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• Ability to use power tools (e.g., skill/circular saw, miter saw, framing nailers/nail guns)
• Previous window experience preferred, but not required
• Problem solving skills
• Good attitude
• Team player
• Pre-employment steps will include a DOT Physical which includes a drug screening, Background Screening and Driving Record Review

Physical demands:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Walk and stand on uneven surfaces
• Lift and carry at least 70 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders 40ft in height or greater
• Comfortable working outdoors in the elements

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
