Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant ProjectManager (APM) plays a vital role in supporting the successful planning,execution, and completion of our projects. TheAPM is responsible for assisting in project coordination, monitoring projectprogress, and ensuring that all aspects of the process align with establishedtimelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee project financials, including profit and loss and contractor payment to ensure accuracies
- Build relationships with contractors to assess capabilities that align with project needs and Renovia standards to set contractors up for success and achieve customer satisfaction
- Review project implementation, coordinate project needs, and gather information and data on project execution to share with team
- Track and monitor project expenses, approving and releasing contractor payments to align with cash flow
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure standard operation procedures and safety regulations are followed
- Lead, manage, and / or assist Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on assigned projects
- Monitorand update project details within Salesforce, sharing challenges andopportunities with team
