Job Description
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and building systems. This role requires a hands-on individual with experience in preventative maintenance and a strong understanding of safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and building systems; perform repairs to minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment; comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Equipment Management: Maintain an inventory of tools and equipment; manage spare parts and supplies to ensure availability when needed.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Facility Upkeep: Assist with general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.

Qualifications:
