Pump It Up, a pioneer in children’s birthday party entertainment, is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Party & Operations Supervisor to join our team and provide world-class customer service to our guests. You will oversee facility operations and work closely with staff to ensure our guests have a stellar experience!

Salary: $25 an hour
Benefits: Health insurance, Paid sick leave, Paid vacation
Hours: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (we’re flexible!).
Every other Saturday and Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for guest inquiries. Work with guests via phone, email and in-person on booking, budget and other requests.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including payroll, bookkeeping, marketing, and customer relations.
• On-site event work every other weekend and as needed.
• Lead supply management and ensure inventory is maintained.
• Handle hiring, HR tasks, and employee scheduling.
• Conduct staff meetings and store inspections to ensure high standards of operation.
• Manage finances, including cash handling and vending machine operations.
• Participate in quarterly planning meetings with ownership to review business operations and financial performance, and goal setting.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in event planning, restaurant or hospitality work preferred.
• Previous experience managing employees.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computational skills.
• High school diploma
• Must provide 3 verifiable professional references.
• Criminal background check is required
