Replacement Parts, Inc. is Hiring a Human Resources Admin - Benefits - Little Rock, Arkansas Near Little Rock, AR

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Must be present and available during working hours to answer employee questions about policy and procedures. May refer to manager as needed.
  • Act as a consultant to managers and employees in the areas of benefits, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and ADA compliance.
  • Work with HR – Benefits Manager to maintain company FMLA/ADA compliance to include processing FMLA related communications and ADA interactive interviews as well as record maintenance.
  • Monitor all leaves of absence including those covered by FMLA, related to Workers’ Compensation, or are manager approved.
  • Responsible for Workers’ Compensation claims monitoring and administration, report generation, and communication with employees, managers, insurance carriers, and lawyers.
  • Plan, analyze, and manage workload to ensure execution of required reporting according to preset deadlines, such as; OSHA 300 Reporting.
  • Provide clerical support—answering phones, filing, mail distribution, ordering supplies, data entry, etc.
  • Assist in projects, such as; HR events, benefits open enrollment, employee communications and company-wide meetings.
  • Serve as a back-up to the HR- Benefits Manager by assisting with various employee benefit programs, such as group insurance, life, medical and dental, accident and disability, insurance, and 401(K) plans to include enrollments, communications, reporting and employee assistance.
  • Consistently follows all confidentiality rules.
  • All other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products. UKG (formerly Ultimate Software) Human Resource systems knowledge is a plus but not required.

Current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record
