The Role
This position will work closely with clients providing education and data-driven insights to advise them in their business strategies. We help solve difficult business challenges and dollarize our value utilizing analytics. We are looking for an entrepreneurial business development-minded person. You must have a high impact, high results mindset who can connect with our clients and think strategically and proactively anticipating a clients needs. This position will have a great impact on the overall success of Reseco and we would love for you to be a part of our team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for the client addresses questions, provides guidance on appropriate coverage changes and/or contractual requirements, informs/educates clients on exclusions and exposures, resolves accounting discrepancies, communicates effectively with internal/external clients, provide exceptional service to internal/external clients.
- Initiates relationships and communicates with client decision-makers and personnel to effectively resolve a majority of client inquiries and concerns independently from the Producer.
- Strategic client planning and consistently communicating, collaborating with internal personnel (Producers, P&C Marketing, Claims, Risk/Safety, Accounting) to attain superior outcomes.
- Manages the entire Stewardship process and delivery for assigned clients.
- Successfully manages and is accountable for the book of business revenue of $1 million or more
- Communicate directly with the client to procure high-level/technical renewal exposure information (i.e. supplemental applications).
- Review proposals and communicate expectations with P&C Marketing, presenting proposals to clients, and communicating binding instructions to the internal service team.
- Review audits, cancellation notices, endorsements, contracts, subcontracts and advise the client on recommended actions and best practices.
- Mentor and develop staff as requested by the Director of P&C.
- Regularly schedule, lead and actively participate in client meetings, both on and off-site.
- Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
An organized individual with a demonstrated track record of excellent customer service and presentation skills.
A strategic mindset that can autonomously work with clients to determine and deliver the products that fit their needs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Property Casualty license and commercial experience
- 15 years proven insurance industry technical experience servicing middle-market to large accounts
- Acceptable driving record and auto insurance
Preferred:
Some college or technical training in related discipline
Construction experience
CIC, CRIS, CPCU, CRM, or ARM designations
Previous Applied EPIC experience
