RESIDENCE INN BY MARRIOTT is Hiring an Assistant Executive Housekeeper Near Cecil, AR
The Residence Inn is currently seeking professional, highly skilled and energetic candidates to apply for the Executive Housekeeping position.
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the day to day functioning of the housekeeping department including room attendants, laundry attendants and facility attendants.
Successful candidates will have attention to detail and be able to successfully lead the team to meeting or exceeding Marriott and management expectations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to connect with, motivate and encourage a team to excellence is a must. Organizational skills and the ability to multitask are also critical skills for a successful candidate. Specific duties and responsibilities will be discussed in the interview.
A very flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and ability to work past 5pm as needed are mandatory.
Previous Executive or Assistant/Lead Housekeeper experience is highly preferred.
Pay rate is competitive and will be discussed when a job offer is made.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
