What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Client Service Representative position at Resource Bank?
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: To provide administrative support to the Commercial/Ag Advisors/Lenders with a strong emphasis on the credit function which includes correspondence, loan preparation, loan documentation, monitoring, related forms thereof, and other special projects as assigned. To serve as the loan client initial contact by greeting and assisting loan clients in person and on the phone.
REQUIREMENTS: Strong commitment to customer service; attention to detail; Associates degree or equivalent preferred; two to three years of qualifying bank work experience required; PC experience; good verbal and written communication skills; and professional appearance and manner.
