Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned merchandising projects in retail environments, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays.
- Conduct audits to ensure proper product placement and compliance with planograms.
- Report project completion accurately via the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App, including uploading necessary photos and documentation.
- Prepare for in-store tasks by reviewing project requirements and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Make informed decisions on escalating issues to the Home Office as needed and manage personal work schedules to meet deadlines.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with store personnel and fellow RMS employees to achieve shared objectives.
- A foundational understanding of retail and merchandising operations.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and applications for project reporting and communication.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-manage multiple assignments.
- Effective communication skills, both in-person and through digital channels.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to retail locations within a 15-mile radius.
- Access to a smart device with internet capabilities, including the ability to download apps.
- Capacity to lift varying weights and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing work assignments and environments.

- Starting pay for training at $13.25 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on tenure.
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.45 per mile for travel to job sites.
