- Organizing and stocking products on the sales floor
- Conducting audits to verify correct product placement
- Affixing stickers or signage on merchandise
- Collecting data and maintaining displays
- Performing resets and ensuring adherence to planograms
- Participating in product knowledge training
- Report project completions through the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App, including necessary documentation.
- Prepare for in-store assignments by reviewing instructions, ensuring supplies are ready, and accessing project communications.
- Make routine decisions regarding issue escalation and scheduling to meet RMS deadlines.
- Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with store personnel and collaborate effectively with RMS team members.
- Basic understanding of retail and merchandising operations.
- Proficiency in reading and comprehending retail procedures and terms.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to retailers within a 15-mile radius.
- Access to a smart device with internet capabilities for communication and project completion.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage weekly projects and meet deadlines.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
